The owners of 122 High Street were awarded a THI grant to carry out repairs to the roof, external walls and windows of their property. The upper floors of the building had been empty for a number of years before it was bought by the current owner.

The roof was in poor condition and had been leaking into the property, which in part was why the upper floors had been empty The modern cement render on the gable was loose and at one point was in danger of falling into Wooer Street below.

Through the THI-supported works this building has been brought back into a good state of repair and the upper floors will become inhabitable again.
