The architecture of Falkirk town centre is very diverse and many building have a fascinating history. The Falkirk THI invited architecture students from Glasgow School of Art (GSA) to take part in a project looking at the architecture of the town centre in more detail.
The students were asked to think creatively about the buildings and show the public a different view of the historical environment. The Stories in Stone exhibition opening in Callendar House this weekend showcases the students work and the architectural history of some of Falkirk’s buildings. Come and explore these buildings from a bird’s eye view!
The exhibition is open until 23rd January 2016 Monday to Saturday. To find out more about the project see the Get Involved section of our website.
